This code came as a companion to an article by Alex Garrison printed in December 1999's edition of Midrange Computing. The title of the article is "Locking Down your FTP Server". In it, Mr. Garrison describes how FTP an opening through which anyone with bad intentions can bypass a good portion of the traditional AS/400 security arsenal.
